CAMERATA SINGERS

The Camerata Singers are a community choir with a long and proud history of performances in and around the northern suburbs. The choir consists of people from all walks of life with a common love of singing and who enjoy serving the community through the presentation of music. Members of the choir have the opportunity to broaden their musical skills through participation in small singing groups or solo performances. The choir is also an excellent medium for social interaction.

The Camerata Singers pride themselves on their ability to present a diverse repertoire reflecting many styles of music.
The music ranges from Sacred to Traditional to Modern. Whether they sing Handel or Gershwin, Richard Rogers or Bach, the Camerata Singers provide spirited performances to delight and entertain.
The choir serves the community through performances at concerts, retirement villages, nursing homes, community functions and Christmas engagements. There are two main concerts each year - in July and December.

Practice is held at the Salisbury Lutheran Church Hall (corner of Winzor Street and Waterloo Corner Road, Salisbury) on Tuesday evenings from 8pm to 10pm during school terms. Supper is supplied. Term fees apply.
